Returns & Refunds

Due to the fact that each pack of tea is sealed at source to contain its freshness we are unable to accept any return of tea should it not satisfy you. However should you not be 100 % satisfied with the tea you have ordered please contact us directly at [email protected] and we will do our best to replace the tea you have ordered or offer a refund.

Duty Rates

Each country has unique customs and duty rates. You’ll have to pay the duty (if any) for your Tea on arrival of your package.

Shipping

Tribalthailand.com uses local EMS registered post for all “Flat Rate” shipping. Tribalthailand.com therefore cannot be held responsible for any mishandling of packages or damage which may occur to your package on-route to its final destination.

All products advertised on Tribalthailand.com are subject to change without prior notice, this due to their limited availability. We will endeavor to make sure our stock is up to date but cannot ensure we will have all products 100% of the time.
